Budget Utopia is a personal financial planning tool. You may use the Service to:

• Participate in anonymous community features like the savings leaderboard
• Access financial planning tools and reports

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Budget Utopia or other users.

🔑 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Budget Utopia
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to game the leaderboard is prohibited

💳 Premium Subscription

Budget Utopia offers a free tier and a premium subscription ("Budget Utopia Premium"). By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment is processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore and is subject to their respective terms
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's app store settings
• Refunds are handled according to the App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore refund policies
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice to you

📊 Your Financial Data

All financial data you enter is yours. Budget Utopia does not claim ownership of any financial information you provide. We use your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that Budget Utopia is a budgeting tool and not a financial advisor. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service's security
• Create fake or misleading leaderboard entries
• Use the Service to harass or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

🛡️ Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Budget Utopia does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, financial loss, or other damages arising from your use of the Service.
